Delivery Times

Barcelona

Orders going to central Barcelona (postcodes 08001 to 08042) are delivered locally and free of charge. You can also collect your order from the shop — choose “Pick up from shop” at checkout.

Spain

Orders within Spain are sent with a tracked courier service from UPS, SEUR or TNT. The carrier estimate for mainland Spain is next day once your instrument has been dispatched.

Rest of Europe

European orders are sent with UPS, TNT or STARPACK. Carrier estimates range from approximately one to five days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and on which service you choose at checkout.

Express services are the fastest option. Road services take longer but cost considerably less, which is often the better choice for a large or heavy instrument that is not needed urgently.

The services available for your address, and their estimated delivery times, are shown at checkout before any payment is taken.

Tracking

Every shipment is sent on a tracked service so you can follow your instrument on its way to you.

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. If you need an instrument to arrive in time for a concert, exam, audition or gift, please contact us before you order and we will confirm what is realistically possible for your address.
