Startone Maja 48

The Startone Maja 48 is a compact piano accordion for beginners and intermediate players. It has 26 treble keys on the right hand and 48 bass buttons on the left, enough to work through melodies with proper bass and chord accompaniment without the size and weight of a full-scale instrument.

Two sets of reeds and three treble registers let you change the voicing as you play, so you can hear how register changes affect a tune. The straightforward layout keeps the learning curve manageable, and the range suits folk, classical and popular pieces in lessons, solo playing or small groups.

At 6 kg, it’s easy to carry to rehearsals and lessons. Adjustable carrying straps help you fit it comfortably to your body. A gig bag with backpack straps is included, so you can carry it hands-free and keep it protected on the way.
