Where we ship

We ship from our shop in Barcelona to 29 countries across Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Barcelona

If your delivery address is in central Barcelona (postcodes 08001 to 08042), delivery is free, with no minimum order value.

You can also collect your order from the shop free of charge. Choose “Pick up from shop” at checkout.

Spain and the rest of Europe

Instruments are shipped with tracked courier services from UPS, SEUR, TNT and STARPACK.

Instruments vary enormously in size and weight, so shipping is not a flat rate. The cost depends on the instrument and on the delivery address. The exact shipping cost, and the carrier services available for your address, are shown at checkout before any payment is taken.

For most European destinations you can choose between a faster express service and a slower, lower-cost road service.

All prices on this site are shown in euros (EUR).

Deliveries to the United Kingdom and Switzerland

The United Kingdom and Switzerland are outside the European Union customs union. Customs duties or import charges may be applied by the destination country on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country, are not collected by us, and are not included in the amount you pay at checkout.

If you would like to know the shipping cost before placing an order — particularly for larger instruments such as cellos, double basses, amplifiers or keyboards — please get in touch and we will obtain a quote for your address.
