Steinberg UR22 MK2 USB Audio Interface

The Steinberg UR22 MKII is a compact USB audio interface built around two combo inputs, giving you a straightforward way to get microphones and instruments into your computer. Record a vocal and an acoustic guitar together, or track a singer-songwriter part with voice and instrument captured at once. It suits a home studio desk and travels easily for mobile recording.

Recording runs at up to 24-bit/192 kHz resolution, so you can match the format your project calls for. MIDI I/O sits alongside the audio connections, letting you hook up a keyboard controller or other external MIDI gear without a separate adapter. The housing is metal, which helps if the interface is going to be packed into a gig bag and carried between sessions.

The UR22 MKII is bundled with Cubase AI, Steinberg’s entry-level recording software, giving newer producers a place to start tracking, editing and arranging.
