A closer look.

The LP Bongo Galaxy Giovanni Series LP793X is a set of bongos from Latin Percussion, developed in collaboration with percussionist Giovanni Hidalgo. If you want hand drums tied to one of the best-known names in Latin percussion, this Giovanni Galaxy Series model is a natural candidate.

The shells are North American Ash with a natural finish, so the drums show the wood rather than a painted or coloured surface. Both drums carry natural rawhide heads, the traditional choice for bongos and the playing surface many hand percussionists prefer.
