Consolat de Mar TR-500 Pocket Trumpet

The Consolat de Mar TR-500 is a pocket trumpet in Bb. Its tubing is about as long as a full-size trumpet’s, but it is coiled tightly into a much smaller body. That makes it easy to pack in luggage or a gig bag for practice on the road or a casual play when a standard trumpet would be awkward to carry.

It has three monel pistons and a lacquered brass finish. A case and mouthpiece are included, so it is ready to play straight away. Its lively voice suits parties and informal jams. It also helps keep your chops in shape while you travel.

This horn works best as a practice and fun instrument rather than your main one. Players who need the fullest tone and closest tuning control will still get more from a conventional trumpet. For portability and occasional playing, the TR-500 is an easy one to take along.
