Jupiter JTR1110RQ Trumpet

The Jupiter JTR1110RQ is a Bb trumpet aimed at players who have outgrown a first instrument and want something more capable for lessons, school bands and ensemble work. It is built in brass with a clear lacquer finish and nickel-silver outer slides.

The valves use hand-fitted Monel pistons, a pairing intended to give responsive, consistent action as your technique develops. A medium-large.460″ bore suits advancing students who are starting to push for more volume and projection in a section. Thumb fittings on the first and third slides let you adjust tuning on the fly, which helps with pitch on notes that tend to sit sharp. This becomes more important as ensemble playing demands closer intonation.

The trumpet comes with a mouthpiece and a backpack-style case, so carrying it between home, rehearsal and school is straightforward.
