The Jupiter JTS500 is a Bb tenor saxophone built with developing players in mind. Its brass body and neck carry a gold lacquer finish, giving the horn a classic look that suits school band, jazz ensemble and private lessons alike.
The key layout includes a high F# key, which lets you reach the top of the range without relying solely on alternate fingerings. The right-hand mechanism is designed for comfortable fingering, which helps when building technique through scales and etudes. Stainless steel springs support durable key action, and plastic tone boosters on the pads are intended to aid resonance.
