Stentor Student I Viola 15″

The Stentor Student I Viola in 15″ is a beginner viola for students starting lessons, school orchestra or ensemble playing. It uses a classic string-family combination of tonewoods: a spruce top with maple back and ribs, plus a maple neck. A mid brown varnish finishes the instrument.

Violas come in several body sizes, so fit matters as much as the instrument itself. A 15-inch viola that matches the player’s arm length and hand span makes it easier to hold the instrument correctly and build good posture from the first lessons. If you’re unsure which size suits you or your child, a teacher can usually confirm it quickly.
