Stentor Student II Cello 4/4

The Stentor Student II Cello in 4/4 is a full-size cello for students moving forward with their playing. Full size is the standard choice for adult players and older students who have outgrown fractional instruments.

The body pairs a solid spruce top with solid maple back and sides, the traditional combination of tonewoods found across the violin family. Each part is cut from solid timber rather than built from layered laminate. A gold brown varnish finishes the instrument.

Its neck and body are designed to support good playing posture, which helps when you are building technique through regular practice and lessons. If you are stepping up from a fractional cello or settling on a full-size instrument for continued study, the Student II is worth a look.
