Startone Piano 120

The Startone Piano 120 is a full-size piano accordion with 41 treble keys and the complete 120-button Stradella bass. With the full bass layout from day one, a learner can work through standard accordion repertoire and method books without outgrowing the left-hand system. Experienced players get the same range they’d expect for folk, classical or world music.

The treble side carries three reed ranks controlled by seven registers plus a master switch, so you can change the voicing of a melody between sections or songs. The bass side runs on four reed sets with several registers of its own, giving you options for how the left-hand accompaniment sits under the tune.

At around 10.5 kg and 43 x 19 x 51 cm, it is a substantial instrument but a manageable one for home practice and smaller performances. Carrying straps are included, along with a gig bag with backpack straps for getting it to rehearsals and gigs.
