Yamaha YTR-2330 Trumpet

The Yamaha YTR-2330 is a Bb trumpet built with beginners in mind. It is a sensible choice for students learning the basics, and its lightweight construction makes longer practice sessions more comfortable to hold.

The two-piece yellow brass bell is finished in gold lacquer and gives a bright tone that suits school band, jazz ensemble and solo study. Monel alloy pistons give quick, dependable valve action, so fingerings feel consistent from one practice to the next. The leadpipe is gold brass, which resists corrosion.

An adjustable third valve slide lets players correct intonation on notes that tend to sit out of tune. Students who learn to use it early build good listening habits. The medium-large 0.459-inch bore gives smooth airflow and focused projection across the registers.
